The forthcoming ASHA Convention in New Orleans, November 15 – 18, 2001, promises to be exciting with a variety of presentations on cultural and linguistic diversity. In the tradition of Division 14, we provide our affiliates with a listing of seminars, poster sessions, and scientific presentations. This year, ASHA offers its members an opportunity to go online and electronically preselect courses. The URL is http://convention.asha.org/. This will allow you to search by session type, topic area, and theme as well as name of a specific individual.
The following sets of presentations result from an electronic search of the ASHA convention database. The first round of searches sought to identify all presentations by session type and multicultural and diversity issues (topic area). The second search explored each topic area and theme of multicultural and diversity issues.
